Terms and Conditions

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact RSPCA NSW by emailing csd@rspcansw.org.au
  • If you decide to cancel six weeks or more prior to the date of your Corporate Support Day, your company is entitled to a refund. Subject to availability, it may be possible for RSPCA NSW to reschedule your Corporate Support Day.
  • In the event of cancellation less than six weeks before your Corporate Support Day, you remain liable for the entire fee and will not be eligible for a refund. Subject to availability, it may be possible for RSPCA NSW to reschedule your Corporate Support Day.

Company checklist

  • You have read and understood the Terms and Conditions provided.
  • You have obtained approval from your company’s management for your team to participate.
  • You have verified that your company holds adequate insurance for your team to participate in a Corporate team day activity.
  • You agree to provide all members of your team with the Corporate Support Day participant form supplied to you by RSPCA NSW.
  • This form will be provided to you when the Corporate Support Day fee is paid.
  • You agree to ensure all participating members of your team provide their Corporate Support Day participant information forms to RSPCA NSW prior to the date of your company’s Corporate Support Day.
  • You have verified that all participants agree to follow the reasonable directions and policies of RSPCA NSW given to them on the day.
  • You understand that the activities planned for your Corporate Support Day may change as they are subject to weather conditions.
