Adopting a New Pet

If you’re looking for a new pet, consider adopting an animal from RSPCA NSW, or any other reputable animal organisation. NSW shelters care for thousands of animals every year who are in desperate need of loving new homes.

All RSPCA NSW animals have undergone health and temperament checks to ensure they are ready for adoption as companion pets. They have been microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and vaccinated as appropriate to ensure you get a best friend for life.

RSPCA NSW staff can also give you advice regarding the general care of your new pet, including exercise, nutrition and training.

You can visit one of our 10 shelters and two Care Centres, selected Petbarn stores or visit our adoption website to view all of the animals available for adoption here.
