RSPCA NSW runs courses about animal care and welfare for all age groups.

Education

Education is pivotal to RSPCA NSW’s mission of preventing cruelty to animals. Every person can make a difference in the lives of animals and that begins by learning about their welfare and advocating for their welfare, whether they’re classified as companions or livestock.

The RSPCA NSW Education Team offer a range of education programs and resources for children, young people and teachers and educators.

Education FAQs

RSPCA NSW does not have set fees for our incursions. However, as a non-government, not-for-profit charity, we kindly ask for a gold-coin donation from each participant, or a collection of items for our shelter animals such as toys and food.

Schools are also invited to involve the whole school community by holding fundraising events for RSPCA NSW animals in need.

RSPCA NSW can cater our program to any group size, including single classes or stage groups.

Participants must be at least eight years old at the time of the program.
