Little bit about Caine, the Rescuoodle

Hey, are you looking for a cute little man to join the flock? If so then pause and look no further because I am here. My name is Caine, and I am a sweet little 3-month-old budgerigar looking for his new home. I have a bit of an independent spirit and would much prefer to spend my days living it up outside in a spacious aviary. I could get used to a cage inside however it will take some patience and kindness for me to warm up to family life.

I'm a social dude and it would be awesome if I could have another little budgerigar bestie – just so I have someone to talk to and snuggle with. I love fresh veggies and fruit, and will need 24/7 access to budgie seed and fresh water.

Like all parrots I am very curious and playful, so I will need plenty of enrichment to keep me busy all day. If you think we'll be a good fit, I hope you'll come on down to the shelter and meet me.
